CORKSHIELD is a biocompatible, insulating, pre-packaged cork eco plaster for indoor and outdoor use that complies with the UNI EN 998-1: 2010 standard. The only binder available is Natural Hydraulic Lime NHL 5 with a grain size of 0 to 3 mm. NHL 5 Lime, color white. CORKSHIELD is the only patented product on the market.

These properties, together with the total naturalness of the components, guarantee the purity, non-toxicity, harmlessness and total recyclability of the product. This structure gives the material an insulating force that reduces heat transfer and increases the ability to soundproof. The use of CORKSHIELD makes the patches ecological, biocompatible and reversible by giving the wearer to whom they are applied a high level of breathability, preventing the formation of harmful condensed water and the multiplication of bacteria and regulating the air humidity in the environment. CORKSHIELD is completely free of cement or compounds belonging to the clinker group. It consists of a mixture of cork granules with a low specific weight, which is sieved with a continuous granulometry sheet from 0 to 3 mm. The only binder available is the natural hydraulic lime NHL 5 according to UNI EN 459-1. CORKSHIELD is free of salts, chemicals and volatile organic compounds (VOC).
